We just bought a 2022 Little Guy Max camper from Chippewa Valley Outdoors and we had a wonderful seamless experience. Chris was super nice to work with and answered all of our questions patiently and without any pressure. When we picked our camper up we got a thorough walk-through explanation of all of the operation systems and features of our camper which was very helpful. The camper was cleaned and shined up for us and the maintenance crew was there to help us connect the trailer lights to the truck and adjust the hitch. A Sportsmen classic caught our eye in January 2020 but needed a different vehicle to pull it. We kept the brochure. A year later, we bought the vehicle. We returned to look at the same type again in March 2021 and bought it! Chris Anderson was the person we spoke with both times. We attended many RV shows, visited many dealerships - all brands. We drove 3 hours to meet Chris and see what was on his lot. He showed us the models we were interested in, showed us others for comparison, explained pros and cons of each model. He never asked for our personal information, he just wanted us to make an informed decision. A week later we picked up the KZ C221RD model. We can't say enough great things about this dealership. Chris and Dennis walked us through all the in's and out's of the trailer. We are from out of town and we rented a camper for the weekend and when we got there the trailer lights didn't work. They trouble shot the issue and it was my vehicle. They found the problem for me and ordered the part that day. They repaired our vehicle at no charge and we were able to enjoy our weekend as panned. Outstanding customer service from these guys!
